I loved this story. Being a huge Elvis fan myself; this made this story much more delightful. There was no denying that Elf & Belle had that special bond right from the start, but the way it turned out couldnt have been more perfect.I really enjoyed learning more about the mysterious Matt from Baker's Bob, and engineer Andrew. I cannot deny that hearing more of Muz Redfern's mixed up sayings made me laugh harder than you can even imagine. Sort of reminded me of my own father, who used to twist and turn words around to make us kids laugh when we were growing up. And I elated that Gorgeous George (the gnome) finally gets a girlfriend! Although the other gnomes are all going to be jealous, and who knows how the fairies are going to react. ;)
Off to read about Dani now. She's another one that I've been waiting for, for a long time.

A sweet clean romance with humor, Elvis, quirky characters, a pig, and a hunky blacksmith who was the perfect boyfriend! Enjoyed the read!
Great story that stars with immediate attraction to each other & then building in some romance & figuring out their in love. A great read in the series! Thumbs up!
This was great! Makes me wish our town had a blacksmith. From beginning to end, this book was fabulous! If you're not a Caroline Lee fan, read this book and you will be a fan for life! What a great writer Caroline is!
Another wonderful addition to this fabulous series! I can't pick a favorite....all the Rivers End Ranch books are awesome!
In this corner...We have a therapy pig who is in need of its own therapy, and the pigs handler who is a former beauty queen who just wants a real friend.
In the other corner...We have a guy who takes a bet from his friend that he can kiss the next woman that he sees, just to make him stop talking, and instantly regrets it.
Well, you can guess what is about to happen...
This is an inspiring and uplifting Christmas story at River's End Ranch with a whole lot of humor as always.

Carolina Lee brings us the story of Elf, the blacksmith, and Belle (a nice homage to her Everland series), the former beauty queen turned elementary ed teacher. Unlike some of the other RER books, this story is more than just falling in love or instant chemistry but about truly getting to know the essence of one another. With some predictable twists and turns and a hilarious pet/anxiety pig (with his own case of anxiety), this is a charming Christmas themed addition to RER. And the fact that they actually decide to be engaged for a few months is a welcome and more realistic conclusion. Longtime readers will enjoy learning more about the mysterious Matt from Baker's Bob and engineer Andrew, hearing more of Muz Redfern's mixed up sayings, and learning that Gorgeous George (the gnome) gets a girlfriend!
